Chris A. Leon
Chris is local to the southeast area of Tulare County California with varied experiences from Orange County to San Luis Obispo County designing Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Public Works projects. Compiling almost 40 years of project management and field experience with extensive construction, topographical and property survey and mapping along with dealing with many Governmental Jurisdictions along the way. Chris enjoys playing bass guitar, golfing, and spending time at the coast.

Kelsie R. Sprague
In 2016, Kelsie received her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno. She began her full time engineering career as an Engineering Specialist for a local government agency. She was then promoted to the position of Assistant Engineer. In this position, she served as a member of the Project Review Committee, designed and drafted multiple public works projects, and much more. Kelsie left the local government position to pursue an independent venture where she could assist people in making their design dreams a reality. In her free time, Kelsie enjoys spending time in nature, hanging out with animals, and watching Bob Ross.
