Chris A. Leon
Chris is based in Tulare County, California, and brings a broad range of experience from Orange County to San Luis Obispo County. With nearly 40 years of project management and field experience, he has worked across residential, commercial, industrial, and public works projects. His background includes extensive expertise in construction, topographic surveying, and property mapping, along with deep experience coordinating with a wide range of governmental agencies.
Kelsie R. Sprague
In 2016, Kelsie graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She launched her career in the public sector, advancing from Engineering Specialist to Assistant Engineer within a local government agency. During her time in that role, she played a key role in project review, design, and drafting for numerous public works projects. Driven by a desire to work more directly with clients, she later founded her own venture focused on turning design ideas into reality.
