Upon initial contact, we will assess your needs and provide an outline of what your project will entail. 

After we determine the extent of your project needs, we will schedule a meeting to get the specific details hammered out. We offer in person, telephone, and online virtual meetings to accommodate your busy schedule.

If your project requires a site visit, we will travel to you to gather all necessary information to proceed. 

Following a site visit, we will design a layout based on your specific vision. You will have the opportunity to edit the initial layout before we begin designing the full set of building permit plans. 

Once we have your approval, we will then begin to create all of the necessary permit plans to bring your design to life. This also includes coordination with consultants regarding energy calculations, truss calculations, and, if necessary, structural engineering calculations. 

Once your design is complete, you will receive a copy of your full plan set. Depending on the project location, we can submit a copy of the plans to the appropriate governing agency. We will ensure that your project receives it's final permit approval and is ready for construction.
